Initial Consultation

This visit determines your current health/wellness status based on your daily habits and questionnaire results. It concludes with a customized plan, pinpointed areas of weakness, and suggestions for improvements. (This consult usually involves two visits and a follow-up.)
A portion of the consultation service is available via internet if more convenient.

Two-day analysis of food intake to evaluate:

Current caloric intake

Determine if RDA nutrient values are being met based on current eating habits

Review of health history/concerns

Pinpoint problematic foods and lifestyle choices

Discuss results and suggestions

               This visit determines your nutritional status based upon your current eating style. It will conclude
               with my results which include: dietary suggestions, a better caloric range, and suggested lifestyle
               modifications. (This consult involves two visits and one follow-up visit).

Follow up Consultation Options (After Initial Session)

Coaching or Supportive Follow Ups, Initiated by Client

These are actual visits, telephone discussions, or internet sessions (usually 60-90 minutes)

Re-evaluation of Dietary Intake

One-day food analysis (results sent via E-mail).

Health/Nutritional Questionnaire

(Surveys may be repeated every 8 weeks)

Shopping Tours

Learn how to shop more healthfully.

Mini Health Survey

Learn how healthy your “daily” habits are.

I also will periodically contact you for a follow up “check in,” at no additional cost to you.
