Goals
Change your life with your fork and knife! There is an old
saying “You
are what you eat.” There is a great deal
of truth to
this statement. Let’s work together to determine if
the
choices you are making each and every day, are promoting good health or
quietly destroying it. Sometimes we don’t even
realize what
we are doing and how we are neglecting our bodies. It helps
to
sit down and actually see on paper our choices and habits. Do
you
even think about the number of calories or types of fats you are
eating? I know I have learned from my mistakes. Let
me help
you as well. Let’s make the goal to be eating and
living
